Management 4U Ltd. is a recognized leader in renting out property. We provide this service free of charge to tenants. Our office specializes in renting out apartments in the downtown districts of Budapest. Tenants include businessmen, foreigners working in Budapest, and students. Among the apartments we manage, our rental rate has remained at 95% or better! We stay in close contact with tenants renting the apartments we manage. After a tenant signs the rental agreement, he or she is assigned a qualified contact person on our staff whose task is to facilitate communication between owner and tenant, and to handle tenant needs. Note: Since we receive many requests about property rental, we also rent out apartments that are managed by other companies.
